The machine tumbles the product to evenly fix the breadcrumb layer while removing excess coating before frying, ensuring a uniform final appearance and higher product quality.

The drum machine is an essential stage in the strips line because it stabilizes the coating, reduces breadcrumb loss in oil, and enhances crispiness after frying.
